Federal Court of Justice: Decision About the Unique Annemarie Kusserow Archive
Selters, June 26, 2026 – Jehovah’s Witnesses welcome the decision of the Federal Court of Justice to set aside the judgment of the Cologne Higher Regional Court and remit the case for further proceedings. We now look to the Higher Regional Court to clarify the unresolved questions of ownership and to decide the matter conclusively and in accordance with the last will of Annemarie Kusserow.
