Memorial Service for Victims of the Attack in Hamburg
Jehovah’s Witnesses will hold a memorial service for the victims and their families in Hamburg on the last weekend in March 2023
Hamburg, March 16, 2023 – Jehovah’s Witnesses will hold a memorial service for the victims and their families in Hamburg on the last weekend in March 2023.
“The feelings of the bereaved, as well as surviving victims, are of priority for the arrangements of the service” explains Michael Tsifidaris, spokesman for Jehovah’s Witnesses in Hamburg. Therefore, the memorial service will be organized according to the wishes of those affected, who have expressed their wish to say goodbye to their loved ones according to their personal religious sentiments.
The memorial service will be attended by a member of the Governing Body, who take the lead in coordinating the Witnesses’ international activities, as well as representatives of World Headquarters and the Central Europe branch.
Jehovah’s Witnesses thank everyone who express their sympathy in these difficult times and for all encouragement they have received in the recent days.
